Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the trainee’s account within a maximum of 14 business days.

Membership Suspension or User Access Restriction
The Scientific Endowment reserves the right to suspend or terminate the trainee’s or user’s access and deny refund of any fees paid if any of the following violations are committed:

Collecting, downloading, storing, uploading, printing, or retaining any information or content from the website or mobile applications by any means other than those permitted.

Allowing others to use the trainee’s or user’s username and password, exchanging login credentials with other users, or using another user’s credentials.

Attempting to hack or bypass any security mechanisms of the Scientific Endowment, accessing or attempting to access data or servers without authorization, or causing any harm to the website in any way.

Using offensive or defamatory language, or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward the Scientific Endowment or any of its employees. Such actions violate the organization’s policy and may lead to membership termination, denial of refund, and withholding of certification.

You are the sole legal owner and beneficiary of all materials and courses you wish to study through our e-learning system.

You will comply with all applicable local and international laws and the terms governing the use of the website and e-learning system.

The information you provide to enroll in any training program is accurate, truthful, and complete.

You will not collect information about other users, including their email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details.

You will not disclose or publish any personal information about other users, nor use it in any way that may, in our view, violate their privacy or applicable laws.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the “Scientific Endowment Training Platform,” including but not limited to text, graphic designs, logos, button icons, symbols, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Scientific Endowment and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Failure to comply with any of the above terms grants the Scientific Endowment the right to suspend or cancel your membership, block your access to the website, applications, or any related services, and take any necessary legal actions.
