Stage 1: Registration

The applicant creates an account on the official Fellowship Platform and completes the registration form with all required personal and professional details.
All information is carefully reviewed by the Scientific Endowment Management Team to ensure accuracy and eligibility.


Stage 2: Eligibility Verification

If the applicant meets the program requirements, the project management team contacts them via email or WhatsApp to proceed with the acceptance process.


Stage 3: Initial Acceptance Notification

Upon approval, the applicant receives an initial acceptance notice indicating preliminary admission and instructions to complete the payment process.


Stage 4: Payment Completion

The applicant pays the program fees through the available online payment methods or by direct bank transfer to the Scientific Endowment’s account.


Stage 5: Final Admission Confirmation

Once payment is received, the application status is updated to “Start Learning”, and the participant receives an official invoice along with the final acceptance notice via email.


Stage 6: Academic Program

The educational phase begins, consisting of six months of structured training modules that combine theoretical learning with practical application.


Stage 7: Expert Sessions

Expert sessions are scheduled every three months, where participants engage in interactive discussions and are required to submit a reflective report for evaluation.


Stage 8: Field Visit

A three-day field visit is organized to a leading company in the fellowship’s specialization, providing participants with exposure to best practices and modern technologies.


Stage 9: Field Visit Report

Within one week after the visit, each participant submits an individual report reflecting on their experience and contributes to a group report prepared with their peers.


Stage 10: Capstone Project Development

Participants prepare a Capstone Project in groups of up to four members, to be submitted to the supervisor two weeks before the end of the fellowship for review and discussion.


Stage 11: Final Project Submission

The final version of the Capstone Project is submitted after incorporating any required revisions, completing one of the main graduation requirements.


Stage 12: Graduation Ceremony

The fellowship concludes with a formal graduation ceremony held at King Abdulaziz University, where participants are honored and awarded their accredited certificates.
